What we collect, why we collect it, and who else sees it. Short, because we collect little.
What we collect
When you search, we handle your destination, dates, and party size. These live in the URL rather than in an account, which is why a search is shareable and why we do not need to know who you are to run one.
When you book, we collect your name, email, and phone number, because the hotel requires them to hold a room. We do not collect or store card details at any point.
Who we share it with
Your name, email, and phone go to the hotel or its distributor, because a booking cannot exist without them. Your payment is processed by Stripe under their own privacy terms. Nothing is sold to advertisers, data brokers, or anybody else, ever.
Preferences stored in your browser
Your ranking weights, filters, and declared needs are kept in your browser's local storage. They never reach our servers — they are yours, on your device, and clearing your browser data removes them.
How long we keep things
Booking records are kept as long as needed to service the booking and meet tax and accounting obligations. Search queries are cached briefly to avoid asking suppliers the same question repeatedly, and that cache expires within minutes.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be deleted, and we will do it. Deletion cannot extend to records we are legally required to retain, or to a booking that has not yet been travelled.
These terms need a lawyer before launch
This is a drafting starting point, not legal advice. Selling travel in the United States engages seller-of-travel registration, bonding or trust-account requirements, and consumer protection rules that differ by state. Have a travel-industry attorney review and complete every one of these documents before taking a single booking.
